- 304L SS (<10 Ra EP) vessel
- Easy to regenerate
- Digital temperature controller and Gas flow meter control are built in
- Purification capacity up to 80L inert gas after regeneration
- The unit should be regenerated at 250 °C ( using 5N purity gas of 95%N2+5%H2)
