PCE-66MX is a compact Ultraviolet (UV) Ozone cleaner with a stirring and heating function of up to 150oC. which is designed for cleaning particle sample for better sintering and coating
UV-Ozone cleaner with stirring function can be applied to powder treatement for various applications:
1. Surface organic ligands removal for colloidal nanocrystals powder, J. Am. Chem. Soc. 2021, 143, 7, 2644–2648
2. Tuning the surface oxygen vacancy concentration of oxide cathodes for changing ion conducticity, Small, 2023, 19, 2207223 and J. Mater. Chem. A, 2023, 11, 68-76.
3. Promoting reversible phase transition of layered oxide cathodes and changing the ion conductiity, Nano Research 2021, 14, 4100-4106. 
4. Changing the property of conductive carbon in cathodes and avoid microcrack formation at the interface of cathode and solid-state electrolyte. ACS Energy Lett. 2023, 8, 3460-3466.

  • Easy to connect with an air pipe for exhausting the O-zone gas generated by the cleaner to the outside of the building.

Mix (stirring) Mechanism
  • Motor voltage and power: DC 24V, 5W
  • Speed: Adjustable from 5 to 20 rpm (adjustable using the speed knob on the front panel)
  • Adjustable height of the stirring rod: 22mm
  • Three evenly distributed stirring blades at 120-degree intervals ensure uniform mixing of materials, with a stirring blade diameter range of ≤φ135mm.
Temperature Control and Heating
  • The bottom of the substrate holder is equipped with a W-shaped stainless steel heating tube.
  • Heating tube power: 450W, maximum heating temperature: 150, 
  • PID automatic temperature control system.
  • Intelligent 30-segment programmable control.
  • Built-in overheat protection and thermocouple failure alarm.
