Hydraulic Disassembling Machine for CR20XX Button Cell - MSK-110D

MSK-110D is a newly designed CE Certified coin cell disassembler with lighter weight and a smaller footprint. The coin cell disassembling machine is suitable for disassembling various types of coin cells, such as CR2032, CR2025, and CR2016, without destroying the internals of the cell in order to study the materials inside. It can also disassemble CR2325, CR2450, and other special size cases with optional die sets. In addition, customers can easily replace the original die for crimping purpose. MSK-110D is designed for operations outside a glove box. (An aluminum tray is included since July 20, 2016)

Warning & Application Notes	Attention: The built-in small hydraulic pump is not designed for holding high pressure. Pressure inside will be released gradually after reaching 50~80 Kg/cm^2, (which is sufficient for disassembling the coin cell). Maintenance & Equipment Ca	Electrolytes are highly corrosive materials, therefore, the die set must be cleaned with ethanol after the completion of each experiment in order to avoid any corrosion damages. Also turn the hydraulic valve to Lock position when not in use. Please be aware of that MTI will not be liable for any losses/damages from improper use, improper care & maintenance, and abuse of the product.  A 13"x9" 12 gauge commercial grade aluminum tray is included to keep the workstation clean in case of an oil leak.
