5-Zone 1200C Tube Furnace w/ Touch Screen Controller and Optional Quartz Tube & Flanges (OD 80-130mm) - OTF-1200X-V-OD

OTF-1200X-V is a Five-zone split tube furnace that can create a smooth thermal gradient or one uniform constant temperature zone by adjusting the four-zone temperature up to 1200oC and 870 mm long heating zone. The furnace includes one quartz tube with optional OD of 80, 100, or 130 mm OD, and one pair of vacuum sealing flanges with pressure gauge & ball valve for immediate use. 
Touch Screen temperature controller is installed for easy programming with 30 segments and +/- 1 oC accuracy. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing, and sintering samples in various atmospheres.

  • Energy-saving high-purity fibrous alumina insulation.

Processing Tube

  • Three Types of quartz tubes are available as in the product option 
    • OD 80 x ID 74 x L 1400 ( mm)
    • OD100 x ID 94 x L 1400 ( mm)
    • OD 130 x ID 124 x L 1400 ( mm) 
  • Two fibrous ceramic tube blocks are included to block heat radiation from inside the tube. (Ceramic blocks must be fully inserted into the furnace chamber before heating)
  • Quartz block (Optional) is ideal for more cleanness and a higher achievable vacuum.
       
Vacuum -Tight Flange
    
  • One pair of the vacuum-sealed flange is included for matched tube
  • The needle valve is installed on the right-side flange with a 1/4" tube fitting
  • The mechanical gauge and valve are installed in the left-side flange
  • Vacuum level: 10-4 torr by turbopump and 10-2 torr by a mechanical pump
  • A digital vacuum gauge (Pic. 1) and KF25 port are available upon request at extra cost
