WE-SPS-1400 is a microwave-heated SPS furnace with up to 1400 °C and 100 MPa Pressure. It is designed to press a 10 - 12.7 mm diameter pellet with a maximum. heating speed of 100oC/ minute. It is a new tool for pressing ceramic and metallic materials under inert gases and vacuum condition.

- Under 1 - 10 torr with Ar gas, plasma will form to enhance sintering
