1250 ºC Compact Vertical Box Furnace for Using inside of Glovebox-KSL-1250X-SV-CT

KSL-1250X-SV-CT is a compact vertical furnace with a separate programmable temperature controller unit for material research. The temperature controller unit has a 30-segment programmable setting with +/- 1 ºC accuracy. Both the furnace and temperature controller unit can be placed into the glove box through its antechamber for processing air-sensitive materials

  • The compact vertical furnace has a heating chamber of 2" Dia x 6" H (55mm I.D x 145mm H)
  • High-purity fiber Alumina liner for energy saving
  • The furnace is small enough to put inside the Glovebox via an antechamber with an ID of 350 mm in diameter
  • The separate temperature controller for remote operation in the outside glovebox
  • The furnace surface temperature < 80 °C

  • Single Phase, AC110V±10%, 50/60Hz

Application Note

  • Both the heating chamber and the temperature controller unit can be placed into the < 360mm Antechamber of the Glovebox, and it can be operated in the Glovebox for conducting air-sensitive samples
  • The temperature controller can also be placed outside the glovebox, but requires a KF40 feedthrough。 Please order the feedthrough if you decide to put the controller outside glovebox
