OTF-1150X-III-Ni100 is a customized ultra-high vacuum tube furnace up to 10-6 torr and 1150oC Max. working temperature. The processing tube is made of Ni-based super-alloy with 100 mm ID x 110mm OD x1400 mm L. Furnace is 3 zone heating with 600 mm heating length with large turbopump and water cold flange

  • Three-zone heating: each zone length 300 mm, a total of 900 mm heating length
  • Alumina fibrous thermal insulation 
  • Double-layer steel casing with air cooling to keep the outside case temperature lower than 60oC
  • Kanthel Ni-Cr-Al resistance elements.

Temperature Controller
  • Three Eurotherm 300 digital temperature controllers are built-in to control each heating zone independently.
  • 24 segment programmable with +/- 0.1ÂșC accuracy.
  •  RS485 port and software are included for PC operation.

Processing Tube
  • The processing tube is made of Ni-based superalloy ( Inconel equivalent )
  • Tube dimension: 100 ID x 110 OD x 1400mm L 
  • CF type of flanges is built-in the two ends of the tube 
  •  Max. working temperature:  1150ÂșC under high vacuum
  • Max. Vacuum level: 10E-6 torr 
Vacuum Pump
  • 700L/S high-speed turbopump station
  • CF160 port connects to the tube flange via a manual gate valve.
  • Pressure gauge and the digital display is included
