SS316 case for anti-corrosive processing
The crucible furnace has a heating chamber of 4.7" D x 8" H, (120 mm ID x 200 mm H)
The separated temperature controller for remote operation
The compact furnace can be put in the glovebox via an antechamber
Processing tubes are not included
An optional 4" processing tube with a flange can be installed as a vertical or horizontal tube furnace

SS316 Reaction Vessel (Optional, not included)

When using the SS316 reaction vessel, the maximum temperature is 800°C, continuous 600°C
Tube dimension: Ø 76 x Ø 70 x D 290 mm
Max. Vacuum: 10-6 torr by turbo pump
Max. positive pressure: 0.2 Mpa ( 2 bar
