HVF-1400X-CW is a cold-wall high-vacuum chamber furnace with a maximum working temperature of 1400°C. It is designed for high-vacuum heating treatment of small samples in a well-defined, clean environment. 
It features:

  • All metal thermal insulation and heating elements designed for high vacuum conditions
  • Ø100×120 mm effective sample size
  • Ultimate vacuum <1e-6 torr
  • Compatible gas: Ar, N2, H2, etc.
